- One added data user group: Kingwood Forestry.
Taxonomic Scope:
The Licensed Dataset will include species and natural communities with:
- A federal status.
- State protection status.
- GRank of G1/T1, G2/T2, or G3/T3 (critically imperiled, imperiled, or vulnerable throughout its range.
- Srank of S1, S2, or S3 (critically imperiled, imperiled, or vulnerable in the state it occurs).

Mode and Date of Delivery:
The Licensed Data was provided to TTG Forestry in a password protected file geodatabase. The data delivery is expected in late December 2024.
Data Users:
There are six third party service providers (listed below) that are contracted directly by TTG to provide forest management services. Up to 50 individuals will be permitted to access the Licensed Dataset including staff organizations listed below. The six subcontractors listed below will access the Licensed Dataset via TTG’s Land Resource Management system “LRM”. The data will only be used to screen for potential conflicts with threatened and endangered species and other sensitive species and habitats that they may encounter while managing the timberland, and for other activities related to meeting sustainable forestry management practices.
