Purpose of Request: Bayer is seeking access to endangered species data to perform data analyses required by federal regulatory agencies under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ("FIFRA"), the Endangered Species Act ("ESA"), and other federal and state laws to satisfy requirements related to, or for conducting risk assessments of, the potential for impacts of Bayer pesticide products on any species listed or proposed for listing as threatened or endangered under the ESA.
