Requestor Background:
Katherine Cawley with OneOK is requesting a refresh of the spatial data near their pipeline operations. OneOK is a diversified energy company, that transports natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), refined products and crude oil that help meet domestic and international energy demand and are headquartered in Tulsa, OK (http://www.oneok.com/).
Scope of Request:
Precise locations (EOs) for all species that occur near pipelines for all species that are federally listed or have a (Grank) of G1 or G2. This is the 3rd data refresh for OneOK with the same scope except we will also include Louisiana, Arkansas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Geographic Scope:
EOs and natural communities that occur within a 10-mile corridor of their pipelines in the following states: AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY.
Mode and Date of Delivery:
A GIS shapefile will be delivered in November 2024.
Purpose of Request:
Under Federal regulations, OneOK is responsible for understanding where its operating footprint could affect High Consequence Areas (HCA) and has contacted NatureServe requesting data to update their Integrity Management Plan and information about Ecologically Sensitive HCA. Data will be used internally by OneOK for these purposes.
