Organization/Individual Requesting Data: Integrity Management Services (Mistras Group) is requesting Element Occurrence data for candidate ecological resources (as defined in the Scope below )for areas of interest in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.

Purpose: The licensed dataset will be integrated into High Consequence Analysis (HCA) for pipeline operations.  This data will help keep their companies in compliance with PHMSA regulations on HCA impact analysis. 

 

Scope of Data: 

Element occurrences will be provided for candidate ecological resources defined as: 1) Critically imperiled and imperiled species and ecological communities; 2) Threatened and endangered species; 3) Depleted marine mammal species; and 4) Migratory waterbird concentrations. The most precise element occurrences will be provided to the extent possible according to the permissions of the NatureServe Network Programs.


The data provided to Licensee under this License Agreement includes precise element occurrences meeting candidate ecological resources requirements for the areas of interest within Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.

Data access will be provided to 3 staff members from the Mistras Group, and 3 staff members from Tallgrass Energy.
